DiverCity serves as Rotman Commerce’s premier case competition and is one of the largest and most in-depth LGBTQ business case competitions in the world. At this event, students have the chance to apply their knowledge that they have gained through previous RCPA initiatives and in classrooms to solve a real life business case. Students will be able to compete in teams and present their strategies to representatives from the case partners and corporate sponsors to make a real life impact. To maximize student’s performance and deliver top recommendations, each team will be paired with a corporate mentor a week in advance, allowing partners to build personal connections with Rotman’s top LGBTQ and ally students. Prizes include a cash prize and a lunch with senior business executives.
